There are two kinds of tickets you can open:

 

Report an Incident - This is for anything you need to ask IT to fix. Something isn’t working right.  Maybe your PC crashed, or your printer quit printing, or some software isn’t working right. Just open this icon and fill out the form. Someone will contact you soon to work on your problem.

Request New Service – you will open a ticket under this icon if you need something new. Something you don’t already have. It might be to request some software, or to ask for a network resource like an IP address. Anything “not broken” that you want to ask for to help you do your job better. We can’t always accommodate every request, and many of them require higher level approval, but is doesn’t hurt to ask.

You can also check on your tickets at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Your Tickets” icon and see if there are any updates. Most updates will come to you via email but feel free to check here.
