Email Security Guide – Quarantine Access

Overview:
 Emails flagged as suspicious are placed in Microsoft 365 quarantine and are not delivered to your inbox for our protection.

Step 1 – Open Quarantine Portal

Go to: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine and sign in with your WCC email.

Step 2 – View Messages

Review sender, subject, and reason for quarantine.

Step 3 – Review Message

Select a message to preview safely before taking action.

Step 4 – Release Message

If the message is legitimate, click Release to deliver it to your inbox.

Important Notes

- Only release trusted emails
 - Do not release suspicious or unexpected emails
 - Messages expire automatically if no action is taken
