If you find yourself at a WCC site and the WiiFi will not auto-connect, follow these directions: 

 

  • Double click on “gpupdate.bat” found in the folder in the link above, and then click RUN.   This will pop up a black screen that will stay open for about a minute.
  • You may see a quick message about an error, you can disregard that.
  • When the black window disappears, unplug the ethernet cable, and see if you now connect to Wireless.
If you still do not connect to WiFi, plug back in and open a ticket with the Help Desk at http://helpdesk.wccoke.com .
