You can back up your important folders on your PC (your Desktop, Documents, and Pictures folders) with OneDrive, so they're protected and available on other devices.

From the lower right toolbar, click on the ^ symbol. Then right click on the blue clouds for OneDrive.
If needed, login to OneDrive with you network credentials and complete Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA).
Left click on ‘Setting’.
Left click on ‘Auto Save’ tab.

Left click on the ‘Update folders’ button.
Follow instructions to set up folders for protection. Note: any OneNote files need to moved out of folders to be protected. They do not work as expected if moved to OneDrive. You may create a OneNote on OneDrive and then use it. Left click on ‘Start Protection’ button to start process.
